All sales made through Zabhri Web Solutions are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Lack of usage

  • Discount requests after payment

Once an order is placed or a project is initiated, payments become fully non-refundable.

2. Digital & Web Development Services

Our services involve manual effort, time, planning, design, development, and technical expertise. Therefore, payments made for any service are strictly non-refundable.

3. Service Delivery

We ensure complete support and cooperation to deliver the best service quality. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes like traffic, ranking, conversion, or business performance as they depend on external factors.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation is allowed only before work has begun.
  • Once project work has started, the payment becomes non-refundable.
  • If the client pauses or halts the project, paid amounts will not be refunded.

5. Payment Disputes

Raising unnecessary disputes or chargebacks may lead to:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Additional recovery charges

All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials) is owned or licensed by Zabhri Web Solutions and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we retain ownership of code, design templates, assets, and tools developed by us. On completion and full payment of a project, we grant the client a license to use the final deliverables as described in the project agreement. Third-party software and libraries included in deliverables remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Payment, Fees & Refunds

Payment terms and schedules are established in separate service agreements or invoices. All fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated in writing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue payments.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zabhri Web Solutions and its officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
